How to start a luxury campsite?

I've got the raw ingredients but how to start?

Maybe a raw February with the first significant snow on the ground is not the day to choose?

But I'm committed to not putting off what can be done today until tomorrow (or somewhere in the distant future).

What are we offering? Today not a great offer........

But by mid summer, when the ground is carpeted with wildflowers, it's a bit more appealing.

And anyway, we're not expecting guests to stay on the ground - we've got a beautiful 1900 living van, in need of a little TLC but it will be beautiful!
